We stayed one night at Water Pearl Villa with a group of 6 friends, and it was an amazing experience. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with friends.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and created wonderful memories together.

We stayed in this small well maintained clean villa in Kosgama during the Sinhala and Tamil New year holidays. We were five adults with our friend’s pet dog. This villa has two bedrooms ( A/C) huge living area( A/C) with a conference table to have meetings or hold a group event. Two bedrooms with a washroom inside and one out side and small pantry with fridge and cooking facilities to prepare a snack or bite and a kitchen area with all items you need.
We were welcomed with a mango juice on our arrival.
The villa owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful couple. They attended to all our needs during our stay. We had freshly prepared meals which we all enjoyed during our stay.
It’s very peaceful and greenery enviourment. Lovely place to spend a quite vacation away from the busy city and noise. There’s a small stream flowing close by but unfortunately the area has had dry weather so the stream was with less water.
Really missed having a cool bath in the stream which was disappointing to me..☹️😥😥
We had some rain during the evenings but we managed to play badminton outside.
And carrom in the varandha…

Overall its a nice place to relax in calm and quiet vibe with no disturbance. This is a pet friendly Villa 😊. Would recommend this place for family gatherings.
Water Pearl is a beautiful, small Villa where you can have a relaxing time with your family and friends. If you are a nature lover and need to getaway from the stressful, busy life, this place is ideal. The natural watercourse, small tea plantation, and the play area for both kids and adults ( fund games like: table tennis, carrom, badminton, playing cards, cycling, swings and more available ) make your stay enjoyable. You can have the meals arranged to your liking. The owner of this beauty is quite humble and sincere. They assure your stay is comfortable and fulfilling. I can truly recommend the place for both a day out and an overnight stay.
I highly recommend this place. It is very clean, and the staff are extremely supportive and friendly. The environment is calm, relaxing, and nature-friendly. The food is also great. We had a wonderful time playing badminton and carrom with friends.

We loved that we could jump from a game of badminton to table tennis or carom so easily. The food was a highlight of the trip—very tasty! The staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve met. An excellent getaway from the city, this small villa is located surrounding the nature and a beautiful water stream. I had such a great time during my one night stay. The place has many activities both indoors and outdoors and they also offer a wide range menu which you can pre-order from. Overall such a calming and perfect place for a day out with friends or family.
I recently visited this place and absolutely loved it! It’s peaceful, pet-friendly, and nature-friendly. you can clearly hear the calming sound of the lake flowing into the garden. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. I really enjoyed playing carrom, table tennis, and badminton, and they had many more games available too. Very few places in Sri Lanka accommodate your pets… Water Pearl is one of those few. Good, cozy cottage with a nearby clean water stream. Pet lovers must visit! Just 1hr away from Colombo.

Perfectly situated along a tranquil canal. The picturesque setting and nearby paddy fields offer stunning views, especially during sunrise and sunset, making it a peaceful spot. I had a wonderful time with my family at this place. This place has everything you need for a peaceful and fun stay. The water stream with access by the house is safe and wonderful for the whole family. I love the horticulture gardening surrounding this house. Clean and well maintained place for a wonderful time.
